The Vercors Massif is a mountain range culminating at 2,341 meters above sea level at Grand Veymont. With a geological nature composed primarily of limestone, it is defined by large cliffs and ridges.
The Chartreuse Massif is a mountain range in the Pre-Alps between the departments of Isère and Savoie. It peaks at an altitude of 2,032 meters.
The Belledonne Massif is a mountain range in the French Alps. Located primarily in the Isère department, its highest peak reaches an altitude of 2,977 meters.
Vizille Castle is a 100-hectare park that houses Lesdiguières Castle and the Museum of the French Revolution. In the park, you can observe all kinds of wild animals.
Lake Monteynard is an artificial lake that stretches for about ten kilometers. Nestled in the cliffs, it hides two large Himalayan footbridges that soar over these turquoise waters. A hiker’s paradise, it is a must-see in the region.
The Chamrousse ski resort is 15 km from our hotel. Located in the far south of Belledonne, it’s a must-see for ski enthusiasts. Its summit, the Croix de Chamrousse, rises to 2,253 meters.
The Petit Train de la Mure is a railway dating from 1989 linking the town of Saint-George-de-Commiers to the town of La Mure. After a hiatus of more than 12 years, the famous town on the Matheysin plateau inaugurated its new Petit Train de La Mure in 2021.
In the heart of the Grandes Rousses massif, the famous ski resort of L’Alpes d’Huez is the perfect place for winter holidays! Located at 1,860 meters, its summit reaches an altitude of 3,330 meters. There are many activities to discover!
